Boy Meets Boy - A webcomic about a gay couple, their friends, their evil landlady, and the people make their lives difficult. Ah, I love this comic.
A definate must-read for people who don't have a problem with homosexuality or humor. Finished.
Arcana - A shounen-ai webcomic about Bad Stuff(TM) and vampires, for the most part. Quite pretty, also. I give many props. Unfortunatly, the creator of Arcana had to stop without finishing it. I encourage you to read the archives, however, and she did/does provide a summary of what happens in the rest of the story..
Friendly Hostility - By the creator of Boy Meets Boy, Friendly Hostility is a hilarious comic about a family, a friend of their son's, and Rafi, a
satanist, who has adopted himself into the family. Great characters, cool art, and everything else you could want from a webcomic. Updates regularly.
Megatokyo - Megatokyo is about two friends who get stuck in Japan, and the people they interact with. One is an insane zombie-killing gamer, the other an
anime and gaming fan with angst problems and a cute conscience named Saraphim. Updates are regular.
Venus Envy - Is about a male to female transsexual and her life. The characters are good, as is the way it's told. Except for a few weird things, it's
also entirely realistic. Updates are pretty regular.
No Rest for the Wicked - A fascinating and well done webcomic about a princess who can't sleep, and goes on a search for the moon (which has disappeared). It combines several fairytales into a great webcomic with interesting characters and cool art. Updates are pretty regular.
9th Elsewhere - A wonderful webcomic about a depressed girl who gets trapped in a dream with her oddball muse. Wonderful story, storytelling, and art.

Fallen - An amazing comic with amazing art about a fallen "angel" named Faustus, a young woman named Singe, and the past. An amazing webcomic... just...
amazing. Unfortunately, it rarely updates. But read what's there, anyway!.
Count Your Sheep - A cute webcomic about a little girl, her imaginary sheep friend, and her mom (who can also see the sheep). Did I mention that it was cute?

Pandect - A webcomic about animals who have gained human souls, and so are able to turn human. Fleance, a panther, (and several others) have to stop a vampire. Well, that's my awesome webcomic-butchery summary. Beautiful and sexy in that wonderful shounen-ai way. Updates regularly.
Questionable Content - An awesome (and realistic! *gasp!*) webcomic about an indie boy and his indie friends. Well... the only non-realistic part would be his insane and lecherous robot, Pintsize. Updates regularly.
Shades of Grey - A girl dies and goes to heaven, where she is very unhappy until she makes a friend. Trying to help her friend, she gets kicked out of heaven and goes to hell, which turns out to be very different than one might expect. Has made me look at concepts of heaven and hell very differently... I like it a lot. Updates pretty regularly.
Misfile - An angel severly messes up two people's lives when he misplaces their files in heaven. Kicked out of heaven at the same time, he decides to live with one of the people who's life he messed up. Updates regularly.
Kagerou - An Electric Manga - A boy with multiple-personality disorder is summoned by a princess to be her champion as she flees a god. There may or may not be an updating schedule.
Inverloch - A young da'kor journies to find a long-lost elf for his friend. Very pretty, interesting story, and great characters. Updates regularly.
Bunny - Took me a while to get used to its... uniqueness... but now I think it's, like, the best thing since sliced bread. Updates regularly.
Other:
Peter's Overlord List - Things to keep in mind when you become an evil overlord. Very useful.
The End of the World flash - One of those great flashes that you can see again and again, and find it just as funny.
Weebls Stuff - Toons - A bunch of really funny flashes. I haven't seen them all, but I quite like the ones that I have seen. Why else would I link it,
right?
Maya's Fanfiction - Maya' awesome Harry Potter fanfiction. Revel in the (mostly) hillarious genius.
Cassandra Claire's Draco Trilogy - Cassie Claire's brilliant Draco Trilogy. More genius in the guise of Harry Potter fanfiction.
Vault 711 - More HP fandom goodness, this time in the guise of Sirius/Lupin slash comics. Quite funny.
Cassandra Claire's "The Very Secret Diaries" - More Cassie Claire genius, now in the form of top secret dairy entries made by Lord of the Rings characters.
Absolutely hilarious genius. You will never see LotR the same way again.
